  3. Ability to contribute tax deferred (401K) or after tax (Roth 401K) savings

  Highlights of Profit Sharing with a 401(K) Plan

  1. 401(K) is a provision in a Profit Sharing Plan which allows plan participants to make tax deferred contributions in addition to employer/contributions
  2. The maximum contribution for 2011 is $49K.  More for those over age 50
  3. As an employer you can contribute a percentage tax deferred
  4. As an employee you can also contribute up to a maximum of $16.5K
  5. Plans can offer loans to plan participants as well as taxable hardship distributions
  6. Owner only 401(K) profit sharing plans are exempt from discrimination tests

  5. Able to make contributions by June of the following year

Highlights of our Pension Plan

  1. This is a Defined Benefit Plan or Pension Plan that allows participants the ability to make tax deferred company contributions for the owner-employer
  2. The maximum contribution is established annually by Actuarial calculations and is based on several factors including the owner’s age and annual earnings
  3. Contribution and earning are tax deferred until withdrawn
